recognize the shifts that are taking place and why your body may be reacting the way it is. your relationship to self and how you define self is changing in the code of your body. it is tactile (the code), it is not symbolic in the sense that it will change your form and your experience completely, if you let it. in reality it is a representational manifestation of choice displayed in form code

When I first tuned into the theme of this week’s healing, I received the message of loving self, of delight, lightness of the mind, the heart, the body. This work - especially when you’re one goal is the eternal peace of the unified divine, to know the self as healed - will bring you directly through the center of all that you hold in opposition to the Truth of Love. 

This week, that was an incredible amount of anxiety, felt within and without. As I tapped into it throughout the week, it very clearly moved from shadow to light in the way I was perceiving. The first phase was heavy shadow, bringing out to unravel deeper and deeper layers of anxiety from my own field and tracing back the narratives being held. This was showing up for me as the classic anxiety restricted chest and a sharper sense of how I hold tension in my body throughout my muscles, fascia and nerves. I cried a bunch (it’s a transmutational superpower, don’t let anyone tell you different). It inspired this week’s recording, which goes hard on physical codes of the mother and what came through as the “elemental ascension of the physical body matrix.” 

On Earth, we are feeling through and experiencing the end of this era of time. My dear friend Kira shared a folk artist she loves, Sibylle Baier, a few years ago and her album Colour Green still circulates on my Spotify shuffle. As I was sitting down to write, asking the field what is to be seen, unraveled, and shared about this theme of anxiety, her song “The End” started to play. This whole album is perfect melancholy and absolutely beautiful, and this song is especially tinged in grief. “Time is over”, she sings. And throughout the week, I received this message over and over. In a very real sense, time has been ending since it began. But this particular phase is very much the end of the end. And in that, we are revealing and purging everything, incredible change is sweeping through the field. This is sending some people into unbelievable behavior, into further spiraling into fear and resistance to change, it looks violent and scary and from down here, it is. It is overwhelming grief, a paralysis. The question is, how we shift our attention from the shadow shit show to the light of the Truth of what IS, and allow that to inform our vision to be extended and shared, to weave the new, to reveal our eternal creations, and to reunite with our eternal Life, when the shadow is just too damn loud. 

it is a myth that the mother could be distorted. she is the giver of life. she is the breath we all breathe, are you not breathing?

just because the dreamers do not remember her has nothing to do with her eternal essence in Truth.

you on earth and in your universe for that matter are but one small part - just a little tiny moment in the vast story fabric of all eternal life. this is by no means to belittle you, but for you to see that what you do in your dreaming has no effect on reality.

this is a truth that calls for rejoicing. remove the cobwebs that have formed in your mind, the crust that forms on your eyelids while you sleep and you will know her.

she has always been. she could not be replaced while life continues. you have been mistaken about her and also lied to, sometimes by those with good intentions and sometimes not.

how could the dreamers heal in reality? reality needs no healing and you don’t remember what reality is. you need not heal the mother. she will show you that you are forever healed in the unity of the one as you trace back through the light of your truth. as you reveal it from within you.

she may be hidden from the sight of your ego, but she is always and has ever been fully herself.

the mother has no shadow nor any attributes of what she could never be, for love has no opposite. this is the duality of the world of dreams that the dreamers have cast on her, for they cannot conceive yet of being unlike themselves.

that it is the substance, the force, the light of god that we are that heals and that basically sometimes we make it more complicated than it has to be.

this is something i and i’m sure everyone on earth who tries to feel better and live in a more heart-centered way struggle with. the balance between how much detail we need to know on the journey and how little. in the “highest” sense, in the most of what we are and the most of how we can heal, understanding that in the presence of god, and of us remembering we are god, we bring that truth to our awareness and so it is. that’s an overused expression because it is the very essence of all. it is. when we hold love, truth, purity, the intention to be as we are, we cannot hold illusion. illusion is nothing to truth.

this is what really heals. since the beginning of doing this work, which was way before i started offering it as a service for others, i saw that truth of what healing is, i could see it as something i saw naturally. it is to see and insist on with your will which is one with god the absolute truth and perfection of the being you are regarding. when you choose to see in this intention, you are met with the power of all of creation in unity because you see in light, you see along with them who see in truth because truth is One. and that very sight brings the truth into the form. the form is always dictated by the etheric dimension above it. and when you can bring in heaven to the now, why wait?
