unacknowledged grief

$22.22

unacknowledged: someone or something not recognized, accepted, admitted, or given proper credit - that someone or something in this case being the true, authentic self. your true self does not feel grief, that is not where it is coming from, it is coming from a belief that you are without your true self. in the absence of love. letting yourself deceive yourself into a false belief, willfully chosen not to see love and to see separation instead.

realizing the unacknowledged, accepting that a belief and its effects have been real for you. they are not real, but you must bring them fully into the felt experience in an acknowledgement of your choosing them, projecting them, your taking them on as the mantle of yourself.

this meaning and its effect on me are of my own choosing. i am suffering because i have given it this meaning. this allowance then projects from my mind into the field and i allow it to have an effect on my mind in turn. i have given my own projection power over my mind and my identity. the mind that made it.

we allow integration of fear into love through our experience, letting go of resistance around negative feelings or states, letting go of the belief of healing as needing to get rid of, reject, or fight something “bad”. neutralizing experience so everything is the lesson. letting go of the belief that feeling “bad” or “negative” is unholy.

you can never be unholy. see it and know it is not real and cannot harm you. remember yourself.

our perceptual mechanism here is felt, so to acknowledge the meaning you made brings it through your present awareness with your perceptual mechanism which you feel with your body. you experience it in circumstance or in feeling - one is not more or less “real”. but it must be brought through you because that is how it was made. you unmake it in the place that it was made. that is forgiveness.

accepting the present - embodiment - when what is held there is painful will require uncomfortable acknowledging but it is healing when it is given to spirit’s perception for actual integration, which is to reveal it as part of the one self. then you really see it for what it is.
