surrender
surrender to sight, let yourself see surrender not to helplessness, not to powerlessness, not to being a chess piece or victim to the whims or winds of a destiny you cannot see. surrender to your own holiness, your power to see through time to the changelessness in all things.
when you surrender, you give up your ego’s dreams and goals, but you open to the memory of your life. to surrender is to give up nothing but to be truly aware. vision is natural to your truth. your purpose and function is happiness, which is to be in awareness of and use your true creative vision.
this is what you surrender to by giving up your attention and allegiance to the ego’s will.
letting go of what you thought you wanted should not grieve you but it does. you call it a death, an ego death. your ego and all of the world you see with your ego’s eyes was never alive. it does not reflect life.
your spirit reflects the truth because spirit both sees and knows. it is the bridge between but it carries the light of the truth into this world through you. it needs you to work here. it must work through you because you made this world. you must let it through you. you do this by letting go of your opposition to it, by letting go of the believe that to see with it, to surrender your will to it is your death. while you believe you are your ego, your body, you do believe to surrender to spirit is death.
to surrender “your will” is really surrendering your current identification of who and what you are. and remembering who the real you is in the process.
let all in illusion, chosen by the ego, be undone.
let the light of the living god shine through you and show you your freedom so all may remember the truth of their being and know themselves free.
