remember it is not healing to berate yourself for your perceived short comings or what you think you could have done or do better. spirit does not see this, you have no short comings in the eyes of god. it sees only your reality and this is what we must practice to see ourselves truly.
the ego will always use your unhealed belief against you and this can be hard to let go of the attachment to the berating of self. let us shift our perception to gratitude for the revelation of our hidden fearful belief. we intend for ease and gentleness in letting this go from us.
