in this healing we deeply expose and allow release of:
fears of being known, of knowing the Self
i saw a field of new sprouts or plant shoots, just emerging as themselves - exposed, vulnerable but they know who they are, they have their function and their purpose. They grow without a sense or idea of fear and there is no question that they are what they are and what they will be, the code for their growth and unfolding and expanded state already within them and so it is what they have always been.
